(Intellego Mentem) The item’s effects reproduces those of the spell Thoughts Within Babble (AM5, p. 149), affecting all those within the room with the item when activated; the trigger is the phrase “Allah Akbar” said while touching the table.

Description: This item consists of a ruby set in a gold ring; the setting is designed to resemble tongues of flame licking up the edges of the stone.
(Creo Ignem) The effects duplicate those of the Level 35 spell Ball of Abysmal Flame (AM5 p. 140); the trigger is the phrase "is exuro!", said while pointing the ring at the target.

Nasty piece of kit, reliably killing things with no MR up to size 2, with a pretty good chance of death/incapacitation at size 3 and 4. It is too late to open the ring for enchantments, as the item is not a talisman. Still, another 11 pawns of effects is not to be sniffed at.

Okay, added a magic item that could be used in the Meeting Room. (First time designing a magic item under 5th Ed. rules, I think I did it right).
Note that there is stil plenty of room vis-wise to put other magical effects in that bad boy. More power! *grunt grunt grunt* |
